Holy Saint Michael

Sancte Michael Archangele,
defende nos in proelio;
contra nequitiam et insidias diaboli esto praesidium.
Imperet illi Deus, supplices deprecamur:
tuque, Princeps militiae Caelestis,
satanam aliosque spiritus malignos,
qui ad perditionem animarum pervagantur in mundo,
divina virtute in infernum detrude.
Amen.

Saint Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle;
be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray:
and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan and all the evil spirits

Michael bringt Wollen, Kraft, Mut; er ist Sonnengeist; er will angeschaut sein.
Er arbeitet mit den Folgen, nicht mit den Ursachen.

Michael = schweigsam, zurückhaltend; er gibt nicht Antwort, er ist da. Er will,
aber das irdische Ersonnene bejaht oder verneint er; doch nur, wenn es gerecht vor der geistigen Welt befunden wird, denn er hat in seinen Perioden nie die Erdentätigkeit mitgemacht; alles Vererbte ist ihm antipathisch. Die Sprachen sind etwas, wovon er sich abwendet; er will erst den Gedanken.

Michael brings Will – Strength – Courage
He is Sun-spirit
He wants us to behold him
He works with consequences,
not causes

Michael is silent, reserved
He gives no answers

But he is there – he wills,
Affirming or denying
what is conceived on Earth
only when it is found justified
in the spiritual world

For in the epochs of his reign
He has never yet participated in earthly deeds.
Opposed to everything inherited,
He turns away from languages;
He wants ideas first
